Information You Enter in Our Tools

Our bio tools let you enter details such as a name or nickname, interests, pronouns, a role and a call to action. You can also paste existing text to customize its appearance.

These details are optional. Please avoid entering confidential information or personal details you do not want to include in a public profile.

The current generators use predefined templates and browser-based styling features. They do not send your text to an AI service to generate bios.

Browser Storage and Saved Bios

Our tools use your browser’s local storage to support features such as saved bios and restored drafts. Depending on the tool, this may include entered text, preferences and profile-preview details.

This information is associated with the browser and device you use. It is not an online account, and saved items do not automatically sync between devices.

Browser-stored information may remain until you remove it or clear the website’s data through your browser settings. Private browsing and browser storage restrictions may affect whether information is retained.

Exporting saved bios creates a backup file on your device. You are responsible for where you store or share that file.

Copying Text and Profile Previews

When you select a copy button, the tool attempts to place the selected bio text on your clipboard. You choose where to paste it.

Profile previews are illustrative. They do not connect to your social media accounts or publish changes to them. If you use a photo in a supported preview feature, the current tool displays it locally in your browser rather than uploading it as a profile photo to a social platform.

Contacting Us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information or attachments you choose to provide.

When our contact form is available, it will collect the information shown in its fields, such as your name, email address, subject and message.

We use contact information to respond to enquiries, investigate reported problems and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Contact messages are processed through the email and website services used to receive and manage them. They are separate from bios saved locally in your browser.

Technical Information and Service Providers

Loading a website involves technical information such as an IP address, browser details and requested pages. Our hosting and website infrastructure providers may process this information to deliver the website, maintain security and investigate errors.

We currently do not use Google Analytics and do not display advertising through Google AdSense or Adsterra.

Locally saved bios and drafts follow the browser-storage behaviour described above.

We retain contact correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve the enquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical-log retention depends on the relevant hosting or infrastructure provider and its settings.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You can use optional tool fields without providing your real name. You can also clear site data through your browser to remove locally stored information.

Depending on the laws that apply to you and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
